Fellow New Yorkers,
As a lifelong conservative activist and proud New Yorker, I’ve watched in horror as our great state—and our nation—has been overrun by an unchecked invasion at our borders. This isn’t about compassion or diversity; it’s about survival. Our schools are bursting at the seams, our hospitals are overwhelmed, and our hard-earned tax dollars are being funneled to support millions who crossed illegally, contributing little while straining every resource we have. And who do we have to thank for this chaos? Both major parties—the Democrats and the Republicans—who have betrayed us for decades with their feckless inaction and self-serving politics.
Let’s be clear: America was built by immigrants who came legally, assimilated, and contributed to our prosperity.
But what we’re facing now is not immigration; it’s an invasion. Third World migration flooding a First World nation like ours is counterproductive, stupid, and unsustainable. We don’t need it. We don’t want it. And the American people—especially here in New York—have been screaming this from the rooftops. Yet, the Democrats have encouraged this flood with open-border policies, sanctuary cities, and amnesty dreams that reward lawbreakers. Under Governor Kathy Hochul and her Democratic allies in Albany, New York has become a magnet for illegals, with billions in taxpayer money diverted to housing, healthcare, and education for those who shouldn’t be here in the first place. They’ve turned our state into a welfare haven, all while ignoring the cries of working families struggling to make ends meet.
But don’t think the Republicans are innocent.
These so-called “conservatives” have been traitors too, bowing to big business interests that crave cheap labor at the expense of American workers. They’ve talked tough on borders during election season but folded like cheap suits when corporate donors came calling. In Congress, GOP leaders killed bipartisan reforms that could have secured our borders years ago, preferring to use the issue as a political weapon rather than solve it. Here in New York, Republican lawmakers have been spineless, offering lip service without real action, allowing the invasion to continue unchecked. Both parties created this mess through decades of neglect, and now it’s blowing up in our faces—crime rates spiking, wages suppressed, and communities fractured.
This betrayal isn’t just policy failure; it’s a direct assault on the American people.
We don’t want our borders overrun, our schools diluted, our hospitals turned into free clinics for the world. We’re not interested in subsidizing generations of non-contributors who drain our resources without giving back. What part of that don’t these politicians understand? The polls are crystal clear: a majority of Americans, including New Yorkers, see illegal immigration as a crisis and demand secure borders. Yet, both parties have refused to listen, prioritizing globalist agendas and electoral games over our sovereignty.
Enter Donald Trump—an anomaly, a once-in-a-generation disruptor who finally took decisive action. In his second term, he’s slashed illegal crossings to historic lows, ramped up deportations, and turned net migration negative for the first time in decades. But Trump won’t be around forever, and we can’t rely on anomalies to save us. That’s why, as your candidate for Governor on the Constitution Party line, I’m demanding that leaders from both parties step up and fix the disaster they’ve created. Democrats: End sanctuary policies and stop incentivizing the invasion. Republicans: Stop kowtowing to big business and enforce the laws on the books. Work together on real reform—secure borders, merit-based legal immigration, and no more amnesty for invaders.
But if they won’t act, it’s time for us, the voters, to stop supporting these failed parties.
The Constitution Party of New York stands for principle over politics: sanctity of life, liberty, property, and family—true constitutional governance that puts Americans first. We’re not beholden to special interests; we’re here to restore freedom and fight for you. Don’t waste your vote on the same old betrayers. Join us in building a movement that addresses the issues that matter most: including secure borders, fiscal responsibility, and putting New Yorkers first.
