Constitution Party of New York, November Newsletter 2021

                          Constitution Party of New York
                                   November Newsletter 2021

I need to talk about COVID 19 Deaths.
There are thousands of “COVID” counted deaths reported that have nothing to do with COVID itself!
Cardiac Arrest is one condition attributed to COVID. As you can see from the Cardiac Arrest website the symptoms do not mention anything about COVID. Yet 83,907 Cardiac Arrest deaths were attributed to COVID through 2020-2021.
Symptoms
Causes

  • · The immediate cause is usually abnormal heart rhythm as a result of a problem with the heart’s electrical system. If the flow of electrical impulses or sinus node has a defect, arrhythmia (irregular heart rhythm) is seen. Ventricular fibrillation is a type of arrhythmia that is the most common cause of cardiac arrest.
  • · Arrhythmias develop in people with conditions such as:
  • · Heart attack- often due to coronary artery disease
  • · Cardiomyopathy
  • · Congenital heart disease
  • · Heart rhythm abnormalities
  • · Coronary heart disease

Hypertensive Diseases is another “COVID” attributed disease. There were 133,101 Hypertensive death in 2020/2021 that were not COVID deaths but were counted as such.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Over 610,000Trusted Source Americans die from heart disease every year. “Hypertensive Heart Disease: Types, Symptoms, and Diagnosis (healthline.com)

Your risk increases if:

        you’re overweight
you don’t exercise enough
you smoke

The main risk factor for hypertensive heart disease is high blood pressure. you eat food high in fat and cholesterol
You’re more prone to heart disease if it runs in your family. Men are more likely to get heart disease than women who have not gone through menopause. Men and postmenopausal women are equally at risk. Your risk for heart disease will increase as you age, regardless of your sex.
There is no mention of a COVID like virus to cause hypertension.
From the CDC website, “Counts of deaths from all causes of death, including COVID-19, are presented. As some deaths due to COVID-19 may be assigned to other causes of deaths (for example, if COVID-19 was not diagnosed or not mentioned on the death certificate), tracking all-cause mortality can provide information about whether an excess number of deaths is observed, even when COVID-19 mortality may be undercounted. Additionally, deaths from all causes excluding COVID-19, were also estimated. Comparing these two sets of estimates — excess deaths with and without COVID-19 — can provide insight about how many excess deaths are identified as due to COVID-19, and how many excess deaths are reported as due to other causes of death. These deaths could represent misclassified COVID-19 deaths, or potentially could be indirectly related to the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g., deaths from other causes occurring in the context of health care shortages or overburdened health care systems).
There are many many, more illnesses attributed to COVID that have nothing to do with COVID.

How a Bill Becomes a Law in New York State
How You Can Help

The job of the Senate is to work with the Assembly and the Governor to enact, amend or repeal statutes which make up the body of laws within which we live. This involves drafting, discussing and approving bills and resolutions.
This document is intended to help you better understand the process, and more significantly, to help you identify those points where your contribution is important — and sometimes crucial.
The text shows the process in a simplified progression from “Idea” to “Law.” At any step in the process, participation by a citizen or group of citizens is as easy as making a call, writing a letter, or signing a petition being sent to your Senator, any other legislator or the Governor.
The Idea

This is the starting point in the process, and the first point at which the citizen has a chance to have a say in the writing or rewriting of law.
Subjects of legislation are as varied as the range of human activities. Someone once said that legislation deals with birth and death, and everything in between.
Ideas for legislation come from many sources. A Senator may have an idea. One of his or her constituents may point out a need. A State official may propose a change. An organization may espouse a cause that requires a change in the law. There is no monopoly on ideas for legislation.
Often, one person’s idea on how to solve a problem has resulted in good legislation to help solve the problems of many people.
More in the next newsletter!
Treason: Article3, Section 3-Treason” Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have the power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the life of the person Attained.”

When President Biden authorized the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, leaving American citizens behind, leaving approximately 85 BILLION dollars of sophisticated equipment and arms, making agreements with a known terrorist group and now sending this same terrorist group millions of dollars in taxpayer money he and some others, in my opinion, committed the act of treason.
Wouldn’t allowing the Taliban to set the rules for withdrawal and having our enemy dictate the terms, adhering to the enemy? Isn’t that a treasonous act?
Wouldn’t allowing the Taliban free access to our most sophisticated aircraft, tanks, personnel carriers, night vision goggles and rifles and handguns be a treasonous act?
Wouldn’t giving the Taliban the comfort to use those weapons against the American military and even citizens be a treasonous act?
Wouldn’t ignoring the Constitution and our immigration laws and allowing millions of illegals to cross our border and invade our country be an act of treason?
President Biden and anyone else that signed off on these acts of treason must be arrested and put on trial for treason under Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution!

Real ID Resolution

by the Constitution Party National Convention – April 2012 – Nashville, Tennessee
Be it resolved that the Constitution Party is opposed to the Real I.D. Act and all measures to institute a national I.D. and seeks to repeal the Real I.D. Act and urges State legislatures to nullify any and all such acts and all regulations that restrict the Constitutional right to travel.

The Role Of County Sheriffs In Saving Our Constitution Resolution
by Constitution Party National Committee – October 2009 – Phoenix, Arizona

Whereas, the County Sheriff in the United States exercises great authority in matters of law enforcement in his individual county; and

Whereas, Sheriff Richard Mack, former Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, in 1994, became the first sheriff in the confederation to file a lawsuit against the Brady Bill, requiring state and local law enforcement officials to perform mandatory background checks; and

Whereas, Sheriff Mack won a Supreme Court victory which ruled the provision unconstitutional; and

Whereas, Sheriff Mack, endorsing the action of Sheriff Nixon of Lincoln County, Montana, suggests that he would, in the future not file a lawsuit, but simply say “No” to the enforcement of  unconstitutional acts; and

Whereas, an excellent article entitled, “Can the County Sheriff Save Our Constitution?” concerning Sheriff Mack’s experiences and advice, appears in the October 12, 2009 issue of The New American; and

Whereas, the Constitution Party of Florida is presently preparing to forward copies of this article under a cover letter from our Party to all 67 County Sheriffs in the State of Florida, requesting that they endorse the procedure of Sheriff Mack in present and future unconstitutional mandates; and

Whereas, such action on the part of our County Sheriffs might well be effective in halting  unconstitutional programs and mandates in our country; therefore be it

Resolved, That the Constitution Party at the National Committee Meetings in Phoenix, Arizona, strongly urge all State Parties to follow the Florida example to make certain that every County Sheriff in the United States of America has access to this article with our Party’s request that they reject said mandates.

Look for my “Letter to the Editor” that I have submitted today in the Daily Gazette, Schenectady.

Monthly Newsletter August 2021

Monthly Newsletter August 2021
www.constitutionpartyny.org

Wow, it’s August already! Can time be really flying by this fast?
This month’s newsletter will be about the Constitution Party itself. The goal is to educate you about why the Constitution Party is the finest party on the planet. A political party that stands by its convictions. A political party of integrity, liberty, and prosperity. A political party you should belong to.
No matter what I say here, please do not take my word for it. The best thing you can do for yourself is to research the party. Take some time and visit the national website at www.constitutionparty.com. Here, you will find a plethora of information. Things like the Platform and adopted resolutions, recent blogs from outstanding leaders, Constitution Party elected members throughout the country, state and regional chairman, and much, much more. Do not take my word for it, do some research!
What is the Party Strategy?
The Constitution Party’s strategy is to build our state and local organizations by actively seeking members at the local level. We believe that “all politics is local” which is why we need local activists to work with us to promote the Constitution Party. We have sound ideas, a sound platform, and a sound message to become the preferred national political party.
Our political party, as with any building, is only as strong as its foundation, we can only prevail if it is organized effectively with a grassroots foundation.
What Does the Constitution Party Stand For?

  • · I am going to list a truly short list of what the Constitution Party stands for. I encourage you to visit the national website to read the 27 basic platform subjects and the several amendments to the platform.
  • · Ensuring the Individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms
  • · Returning to Limited Constitutional Government
  • · Securing our Boarders and Enforcing Immigration Laws, with No Amnesty Under any Guise!
  • · Maintaining a Strong National Defense

  • · Promoting Pro-Family Policies
  • · Restoring Control over Elections to State and Local Authorities
  • · Protecting the Unalienable Right to Life for All, including the Unborn, the Elderly, and the Infirm

Don’t We Already Have a Conservative Party?
Taxing and Spending: Republicans and Democrats continue to expand the power, size, and cost of government. There is no time when a Republican or Democrat Administration seriously wanted or even tried to reduce the deficit! Today we are already TRILLIONS in debt and there is no sign of reducing spending or debt. Neither party is genuinely interested smaller government because neither party believes in Constitutional government. They promise smaller government, but their promises mean nothing.
Right to Life: The Republican platform purports to be pro-life, however, the GOP supports and funds candidates that support even the most awful forms of abortion! In 2017, Gallup polling information showed that 42% of Republicans support legal abortion during the first trimester. Thirty six percent of Republicans identified as “pro-choice” and 70% agreed that abortion should be legal in some (56%) or all (14%) circumstances.  Source: wikipedia
Please visit our national platform to read our Right to Life platform.
Education: The Department of Education has NO constitutional authority to even exist, yet both parties continue to drastically increase their budget. As always with Federal funding there are strings attached. The Federal government has consistently eroded education control from the state and local level. Some examples are the “no child left behind” program and the Common Core Curriculum. Now, more recently, the CRT curriculum or Critical Race Theory.
Please visit our national platform to read the Education platform.
Immigration: Democrats and Republicans have failed to fulfill their constitutional duty to guard and protect our boarders. By failing to act and follow our immigration laws they have passively allowed millions of illegal immigrants to cross our boarder. This will and has caused a severe strain on the welfare, healthcare, education, and Americans wages. This invasion of illegal immigrants is allowed by the Democrats and Republicans is unconstitutional and therefore illegal!
These are an exceedingly small portion of our platform. Please visit our national platform to read the immigration platform.
The Three Pillars: Integrity, Liberty, and Prosperity
Pillar One Integrity: We are committed to restoring honesty, integrity, and accountability to government.
The Constitution Party solemnly makes this promise to you:

We will hold all our party officers and leaders strictly accountable for their conduct. They will be held to the highest ethical standards in dealing with the public, donors, government officials, and candidates. Corrupt candidates come from corrupt parties. Honest and honorable candidates can only come from a party that insists that all its leaders have the same characteristics.
Most importantly, Constitution Party candidates will be strongly encouraged to sign a contract with the voters that lists the campaign promises that they will guarantee to accomplish while in office or face consequences.

The Constitution of the United States is a contract between the government and the people. Why should candidates be exempted from a contract?
Pillar Two Liberty:  We feel that: “Government is the most ineffective, inefficient, and most expensive way to get anything done.” As such, we are offering innovative and effective non-government solutions to the country’s social spending issues.
The Federal Government should only be involved in government roles as outlined in the Constitution. The best government is local government.
GOVERNMENT HAS HAD PLENTY OF TIME AND PLENTY OF MONEY. THEY HAVE PROVEN THAT THEY ARE NOT EFFECTIVE IN RESOLVING THESE COMPLEX ISSUES. IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE.
Pillar Three ProsperityWe want to create the greatest economy for the U.S. that the world has ever seen. We will do so by restoring True Capitalist (vice Crony Capitalist) principles to our economic policies.
The Constitution Party believes:

That Small Businesses, not large corporations, are the key to a healthy economy.
That True Capitalism is achieved by allowing strong competition among companies. In order to have the best pricing, the best products, and the best services, you need to ensure that every company has an even playing field and can fairly compete for our business.
Our candidates will:
Work at the federal, state, and (most importantly) at the local level to remove the strangling grip of government taxes, fees, unneeded regulations, and intrusion.

Restore True Capitalist laws and regulations which promote competition, job creation, clean manufacturing, new technologies, and WEALTH.
The Education Station: The national website has a wonderful education station. The education station has things like “The Liberty University.”
The Liberty Tree University was created for the Home Schooling Community to provide students of all ages with an opportunity to educate themselves and their loved ones on the Constitution and the principles of liberty. Home Front with Cynthia Davis, Join Cynthia as she discusses topics on anything from family to politics with guests. Wild Bill for America, Watch Wild Bill for America’s YouTube for info on current events. There are articles, videos, quizzes, and audios at the Education Station. All of these are well worth investing your time in.
After you read all this newsletter and do your research and you find that Socialism, Marxism or Tyranny are for you please do not go further. This party is not for you!
If, however, freedom, personal responsibility, integrity, liberty, and prosperity are for you then this is the political party to be a part of. Now is the time for you to decide to join our fight for liberty or stay on the sideline and hope others win liberty for you. Now is the time to make a difference by being part of the effort to keep our Republic strong and freedom forever!

Monthly Newsletter July, 2021 Constitution Party of New York

Monthly Newsletter July, 2021  Constitution Party of New York

Half of the year is almost gone by. To say this year has been a rollercoaster ride in a tremendous understatement! The election, COVID19, Jan.6, the rise in violence, BLM and Anifa is enough to make one’s mind explode! Is there anything out there that is a positive influence? Yes, there is.
The Constitution Party of New York is having a 50% off membership drive for the whole month of July. That is right, 50% for the month July. Our normal membership dues are a whopping $20.00 per year. It will be a mere $10.00 for the rest of the year. The membership year ends December 31, 2021.
As if you really need an incentive, here it is. We are offering all new members a chance to win one of three prizes. 1st prize a one-of -a-kind hand painted Constitution Party emblem. The hand painted emblem is by my wife Linda. You may visit her on Instagram to see some of her work at “l.wilday.collection”, 2nd prize is a gun cleaning kit from www.xf7gungrease.com , and third prize is an American Flag fabric table runner (13” X 72”). How does it work?
As a new member when you recruit your spouse, family, friends’ neighbors, or other acquaintances you will be credited with those numbers. It will be your responsibility to inform me of your efforts for proper credit. My email is on the membership application. Go for it and good luck!
As with any organization, membership is the backbone for success. The stronger our membership the stronger we will be.
If you do not like the way things are going with the two major parties then it’s time for a change. The Constitution Party is that change.
If you genuinely want to change the government, you need to change the people you send there. If things do not change, they remain the same.
IMPORTANT: We are looking for someone to step up and be our candidate for New York State Governor. One of the ways we may get ballot access is to have a candidate for governor. Getting ballot

access for 2024 is one of our main goals. This needs to be done soon. If you have any desire to enact the change New York needs, please contact me ASAP.
We have a member that is seriously considering running for the U.S. Senate in 2024. Ballot access will be crucial in mounting a successful Senate campaign. We all need to work together to back and support our candidates. A tremendous number of things need to be done. We are asking for your help.

Flag Day 2nd A Rally: I was at the Flag Day 2nd A Rally Saturday in Auburn, MA. They always have several great vendors there. This one in particular was outstanding, “The Rookie American”, Educating Americans About True U.S. History, Government, and Politics. Lissette Cater an author, speaker and podcast host is very nice. I was able to have some good conversation with her. I am encouraging all patriots to visit her webpage, www.lissettecarter.com. You may find her on FB, Spotify, Apple Podcast, Instagram and You Tube.
I wish to give kudos to the Constitution Party Eastern States Chairman, Dave Kopacz and his wife Cindy for the outstanding effort to put this event together. Linda and I have been involved in putting things like this together and know what it takes. Be assured you are appreciated for your effort.

Alexander Hamilton Quote: The Constitution shall never be construed …to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms.

Armed Citizen:
Around 9a.m. on the morning of April16, a woman in Lucerne Valley, Calif., was sitting
In her home when a 27-year old armed with a hammer forced his way through the back door. The man was yelling and threatening to kill her. The resident was armed and feared for her life, so she shot the assailant, stopping the attack. The suspect left the home and was found lying on the side of the road with a gunshot wound. He was airlifted to a trauma center. (vvng.com, Lucerne Valley, Calif. 4/16/21)

There are so many things going on that it is exceedingly difficult to decide what topics to present here.

It did occur to me that this country has a challenge in electing people with integrity, honesty, moral uprightness, trust, and many other admirable traits. I am pasting the Constitution Party’s platform on Character and Moral Conduct. This really does separate the Constitution Party from all others. You can find all the platform here www.constitutionparty.com.

Character and Moral Conduct
“John Adams, 2nd President and signer of the Declaration of Independence warned: “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any

other.” He also counseled: “The people have a right, an indisputable, unalienable, indefeasible, divine right to that most dreaded and envied kind of knowledge – I mean of the character and conduct of their rulers.” Our very Constitution is threatened when we permit immoral conduct by our leaders. Public respect and esteem toward public officials has fallen to a shameful level. The Constitution Party finds that a cause of this national state of disgrace is the deterioration of personal character among government leaders, exacerbated by the lack of public outcry against immoral conduct by public office holders. Our party leaders and public officials must display exemplary qualities of honesty, integrity, reliability, moral uprightness, fidelity, prudence, temperance, justice, fortitude, self-restraint, courage, kindness, and compassion. If they cannot be trusted in private life, neither can they be trusted in public life. It is imperative the members and nominated candidates representing the Constitution Party and its state affiliates recognize the importance of demonstrating good character in their own lives.”
I am not, by far, a perfect human being but I take this platform seriously
The January 6 Commission.
The Democrats want to form a January 6 Commission to investigate the U.S. Capitol breach. This is totally unnecessary. Congress already has the tools to investigate January 6. They have subpoena power through several government agencies, Homeland Security among them. They have done this as a SOP hundreds of times already. This is a blatant attempt drag out the process of an investigation for weeks and more like months all the way to the mid-term elections. At this writing, the Senate has not taken any action on this. Hopefully, they will do the right thing and vote it down.
Curtailing Emergency Powers
Kudos to the Pennsylvania voters for limiting the governor’s emergency powers!
The voters approved two ballot questions concerning curtailing the governor’s emergency powers to the response of the coronavirus pandemic.

The results show, unofficially, that 54% of voters want the state constitution amended to allow their state lawmakers to terminate a disaster declaration at any time. At the moment, it can only be terminated with the governor’s approval or two thirds of the support of the general assembly.
With nearly the same percentage the voters approved a proposal that limits a disaster declaration to 21 days, instead of 90. They also, approved transferring power to extend an emergency order from the governor to the legislature. Source Spotlight PA by Sarah Anne Hughes.
This is Pillar One of Three.
Pillar One– INTEGRITY

We are committed to restoring honesty, integrity, and accountability to government.

Do you laugh when you hear a politician say that they are a person of honesty and integrity?
Do you disbelieve just about every promise that political candidates make when running for office?
Do you think that this is the proper relationship between the people and their elected officials?
The Constitution Party solemnly makes this promise to you:
We will hold all our party officers and leaders strictly accountable for their conduct. They will be held to the highest ethical standards in dealing with the public, donors, government officials, and candidates. Corrupt candidates come from corrupt parties. Honest and honorable candidates can only come from a party that insists that all its leaders have the same characteristics.

When interviewing potential candidates, a history and reputation of their character, integrity, and commitment to honesty will be just as important as their commitment to Constitution Party principles.
We will only be seeking candidates that accept and recognize that all elected officials are Public Servants. We are seeking Representatives, not Rulers.
Most importantly, Constitution Party candidates will be strongly encouraged to sign a contract with the voters that lists the campaign promises that they will guarantee to accomplish while in office or face consequences.
WHY A CONTRACT? When you deal with businesses and people that you do not know, the contract is the instrument that we use to ensure that both parties will keep their promises. Our politicians have shown that they cannot be trusted with their promises and we are not going to ask you to trust us. We will EARN IT by signing a contract that specifically lists the promises that our candidate makes and requires them to keep them.
The Constitution of the United States is a contract between the government and the people. Why should candidates be exempted from a contract?

Memorial Day
Memorial Day is Monday the 31st.  I am encouraging everyone to take a moment of observance and attend or better yet participate in the many local ceremonies. You may buy a few flags to put on veterans’ grave sites. You may escort a veteran that can’t attend a ceremony to one. You may visit a family members or friends last resting place and spend just a little time offering your respect.
If the membership send pictures of their Memorial Day ceremonies I will try to put them on our pages.
If things do not change, they remain the same.
Be the change and join the Constitution Party of New York.

                             Yours in Freedom,
                              William D. Wilday,
Chairman Constitution Party of New York

Monthly Newsletter February 2021

Monthly Newsletter     February 2021

January was a fairly good month for us.
Our monthly meeting on the 6th of January was very productive. We had a couple of members in attendance with some great ideas and insights. We are putting some of those ideas into practice. Those ideas will help us grow.

The two Meet N Greets we are having per month are starting to bear fruit. Several people are attending. We talk about a wide variety of subjects concerning the Constitution Party of New York and where we are headed. If you can join us for these Meet N Greets please do. You may forward the login information to family, friends, and neighbors. These are a casual way to ask questions and learn more about us.

We have a new member coming on board from the Rochester area. His membership information has not been settled yet so I am not going to introduce him yet. I will in future correspondence.

One of our most important goals for 2021 and 2022 is to have quality, enthusiastic Constitution Party members running for local offices. Why is running for local office so important?
Your local representatives will be making legislative decisions that directly affect your everyday life. Your county legislatures, town boards, village trustees, sheriff, mayors, city councils, county clerks, school boards, and many others will make rules that affect you now. We need Constitution Party members to run for office and become rule makers, not rule followers.
Every county has their own Board of Elections. As a candidate you will need to visit your county BOE to research what positions will be up for election, how many ballot petitions signatures you will need and the time frame to get those signatures.

Then you will need to form a team of like-minded people that want to solve the problems that are central to all of you. You will then need to form your strategy. A campaign without a strategy is not a campaign at all.
Your fundraising efforts, which are unique to every campaign, will be determined by which position you are running for. For instance, when I ran for Schalmont School Board the petition signature requirement was only 25 to get on the ballot. When I ran for Assembly District 111 the signature requirement was 1,500 signatures. Two vastly different campaigns that required vastly different fundraising efforts and teamwork.
There is a lot more that needs to be done. If you have thoughts of running for office now is the time to start organizing. You may contact me at wwilday@nycap.rr.com to start ball rolling.  I am here to help you regardless of where you are in the state.
Increasing our membership is another top priority. Without a solid membership base, we will not be able to accomplish any of our goals. Membership is only $20.00 for the year. Our fiscal year is from January 1 through growing December 31st. With membership you will be able to attend the monthly meetings, become an Executive Committeeman, chair, or be involved in important committees, running for any leadership positions at the State Convention and most importantly have your voice heard. We will make a huge difference when we all work together.
I am floating the idea of having Patriot Potluck get togethers. We could organize within our own spheres of influence, by that I mean family, friends, and neighbors, that are Patriot minded. We could just get together to enjoy each other’s company. The idea is to exchange thoughts and ideas to let us Patriots know we are not alone.
We may have a core group of people to rotate monthly get togethers in homes or set up a monthly get together at a central location. It’s a small way to keep Patriotism alive and well.

Our National Platform on Executive Orders:
Executive Orders Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution clearly restricts the power to make laws: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States”. Presidential Executive Orders are clearly “legislative powers”. We oppose the use of Presidential executive orders that make law or otherwise usurp the Constitutional authority and responsibilities of the legislative

and judicial branches. This Constitutionally subversive practice must be stopped by Congress. All unconstitutional executive orders must be repealed.

I have been very concerned about the use of Executive Orders from both Democrat and Republican Presidents for a long time.
As I understand it Executive Orders were designed for the President to be able to quickly issue orders to the Federal workforce when needed. Just as with any Executive of any large company, in this case the Federal Government, the President may feel the need to quickly issue mandates to correct or solve federal problems.

What is the difference between a law and executive order?
Such orders carry the same force of law as executive orders, the difference between being that executive orders are aimed at those inside government, but proclamations are aimed at those outside government.

What is an executive order and who can overturn it?
Congress may try to overturn an executive order by passing a bill that blocks it. But the president can veto that bill. Congress would then need to override that veto to pass the bill. Also, the Supreme Court can declare an executive order unconstitutional.

I understand I am an outside observer here but the President, by Executive Order, halted the Keystone pipeline. There are several particulars outside government that should be addressed. The Union workers on this project are not federal employees, they are outside government. There are many, I assume, contracts between Canada and several states and even the Native American Reservations that must be honored. This order has affected many entities outside government that the Supreme Court may declare the Executive Order unconstitutional.

The current Republicans should sue the government to get this and the Wall Executive Orders overturned as unconstitutional. There are probably many other that may be unconstitutional as well.

Chairman’s Notes: Helping Our Communities March 26, 2020

Chairman’s Notes: Helping Our Communities March 26, 2020

Greetings everyone!

1) As I sit here, it came to me that the Constitution Party of New York should be doing something to help our communities cope with this Corona19 virus situation. I would like to focus on ways to help our communities during this crisis on the monthly meeting call. My question of the membership is; What can we do as a party to help our communities? What fundraisers would be appropriate and doable? Who would benefit most from our efforts? I have a nice banner here if anyone needs it. I will send it ASAP. If possible; I may travel to an event you host, to help in any way I can. Please send comments and/or ideas to wwilday@nycap.rr.com. Thank you.

2) As of this writing I have not received one membership update. As in previous notes our bylaws require the members in good standing must submit a $20.00 annual membership dues and a confirmation of party registration from the NYS Voter Registration form. Our bylaws do not support any other means of membership qualification at this time. If you need help with this please contact me at the above email.

Yours in freedom, William Wilday, Chairmen

Chairman’s Notes: 2020 Membership

Chairman’s Notes: 2020 Membership

There are ongoing attempts of requesting info from Members in Good Standing, to add to our (MIGS) list. Routinely; information can become outdated, and thus: we are actively engaged with updating it for 2020. The names on this list are the only ones I have available and must be considered MIGS.

If you feel that you are a MIGS but may not be on our list please email me with proof  of payment for the full year of 2020. If you do not have proof of payment but feel you are a MIGS then please contact Susan for the information and have her forward to me. It is extremely important we have the most accurate list available. I need everyone to help update our list ASAP. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our membership.

Fortunately, if there is an inadequate record of your membership you may re-submit your application with our Low Introductory $20.00 annual fee. Thats right; for a limited time, at this price: you can retain voting privilage at all our meetings! Come and help shape our party’s success.

We welcome you to join our grand adventure, as we forage our way through the political jungles of New York, and attempt to tame it with a common sense approach towards Constitutional, Law Abiding Governance. Would you consider joining today? Together we will forge a new future for our state and nation! Your participation is the only rational solution to the problems we face in this state, and we’re looking forward to meeting you and hearing your suggestions!
